Your home away from home in Christchurch

Visiting New Zealand?

Whether you're here for a short stay or a longer visit, Rodem House warmly welcomes international workers, students, and guests. Join us every Tuesday in the heart of Christchurch for a free meal, friendly conversation, and an opportunity to learn more about God. Each year, hundreds of people from around the world join us, with many hearing the Gospel for the first time.

Inspired by the story of Elijah finding rest under a broom tree (Hebrew: 'rodem', 1 Kings 19:4-5), Rodem House was founded by Young-Gi Lee from South Korea as a place of rest and refreshment for missionaries.
