What can I expect?

From the moment you arrive you'll be greeted by people who are genuinely happy to see you. Our Sunday services include vibrant worship led by a contemporary live band, and our messages are Bible-based, easy to understand, and relevant to people today. It's a casual and welcoming place where everyone can feel at home.

What time are your church services?

We gather on Sundays for our family-friendly service at 10am.

How long is church?

About 90 minutes. Stay after the service to connect and enjoy a hot drink with friends.

Car parking?

Can I bring my kids to church?

Yes. We have a parents room and dedicated children’s programme for kids during our regular Sunday church services.

What do I wear?

We want you to feel at ease and wear whatever you're comfortable in. We usually dress casually.

Can I Serve?

Yes. There are plenty of opportunities to serve others and make a difference.

Can I watch online?

Yes. Our sermons are streamed live every Sunday at about 10:45am on Facebook and YouTube. Broadcast times vary somewhat depending on what the Holy Spirit has in store for us during the service.

What’s the music like?

We enjoy live music as part of our worship to God. Our family-friendly morning services are modern and vibrant, but not noisy.

City is a Pentecostal church and member of ACTS Churches New Zealand, which has over 60 churches across the country. We are connected with hundreds of Christian organisations worldwide, and enjoy periodic guest speakers who share our beliefs and passion for Jesus.
